We are seeking talented, like-minded individuals to contribute to our projects! Candidates must be fluent in English, and should be prepared to show examples of their work and/or demonstrate capability via a small assignment (if used, work will be credited). Please note that openings specific to non-commercial fan project(s) are on a volunteer basis only.
Current needs include:
Character Modeler (TOIFE)
Create organic and realistic soft-body models of both humans and alien species and their attire. The ideal candidate will be experienced in sculpting and texturing, understand basics of rigging, and be able to work from on-screen references as well as generate original designs that are compatible with Advanced Locomotion System v4 in Unreal Engine.
VR Developer (TOIFE)
Work collaboratively with our development team to adapt existing 3D environments created in Unreal Engine for Virtual Reality compatibility, and test for functionality. The ideal candidate is experienced working in UE, and familiar with multiple VR platforms and controllers.
BLUEPRINT PROGRAMMER (TOIFE)
Conceptualize gameplay mechanics, and develop Blueprint scripts in Unreal Engine to realize them. The ideal candidate is good at gathering requirements through interaction with other developers, passionate about developing organized/optimized code, and has experience tracing and improving existing blueprints.
2D Graphic Artist (TOIFE)
Conceptualize, storyboard, and realize 2D digital art for both in-game (menu, console UI, signage, etc) in Unreal Engine and for project promotional purposes. Ideal candidate is a strong collaborator, and adaptable to different game and graphics styles for a multi-faction game world.
